Press and Reviews are a double-edged sword.  Things are great when people say and write nicey-nice things about your business.  However, what defines a company is how they react when things arent so rosy, when that 1-star Yelp review rolls around.

Putting yourself out there and exposing yourself to the culture of anoymous 1-way reviewers can be harrowing. Chasing eternal 5-star reviews in unhealthy and unsustainable. We strive to do the best we can with each and enery person who comes in contact with us...and let the chips (and stars) fall where they may.

It has been my experience that honest work and respect go a long way.
