The biggest piece of advice I can give here is to make to travel arrangements as soon as possible, There are limited train spots for bikes, and they fill up fast.

Registration fee covers trip logistics, planning and leadership, as well as campsite fees and insurance. Riders are responsible for travel and accommodations before/after trip.
